Finally, I have completed Module 2. I thought it would be a lot more daunting posting it onto the wiki site. It wasn't that hard after all. I can see that the blog would be a fantastic tool in the classroom. It was good to view some of the links to see how other teachers are using it. This year in Year Five, we have been using a blog. Children are able to write their comments and view and comment other children's comments in Year Five. It is our job as the administrators of this blog to monitor all the comments that the children are putting up, to make sure that they're appropriate. The topics that the children blog about can be anything from the text type that we have been studying to HSIE or Science units.
